Mamas seeking rest and relaxation, stretching and a little strength, welcome to an afternoon designed especially for you! This workshop offers a soothing prenatal yoga flow, deeply relaxing restorative postures, and an extended guided meditation and savanna, all with gentle hands-on assists, if so desired, to nourish your beautiful, growing, changing, and expanding self. A selection of three essential oils will be used throughout the class to anchor your body-mind connection, bringing a sense of peace, confidence and calm to your practice. This is an all-levels workshop, and there will be time for questions and a brief discussion which will include tips for modifications for home practice. I look forward to seeing you there!
